1. Race to RWC Welcome

Welcome Ron and James into Hong Kong, two cyclists tasks with delivering the golden whistle to mark the start of the opening Rugby World Cup in Japan with a relaxed Sunday afternoon at the newly opened Blend & Grind restaurant and bar in Wan Chai!

Expect a social indoor/outdoor afternoon on a quiet terrace sharing stories from their epic bicycle journey spanning over 25 countries and 15,000km.

Join and cheer them on with their arrival into Hong Kong; with just over a month to go in the #RACETORWC on the road to Tokyo.

2. Asia SUP Tour 2019 - Hong Kong

With the weather taking a turn for the better, head on down to Sha Ha Beach in Sai Kung to see the stand-up paddleboarders from Hong Kong and Asia in action!

Stick around until afterparty and BBQ which is set to go on later into the night, with the competition also a good opportunity to find out where to start your own paddleboarding journey for all you adventurous peeps out there.

3. Bowen Road - Run, Jog & Walk

Time: 8:30am onwards (arrive 5-10 min earlier for warmup)

OutRunners HK is hosting their weekly Saturday morning run that consists of a varied degree of experience and competitive flair, where you are guaranteed to find other runners with similar expectations and goals!

In addition to the obvious health benefits, you will get to meet and socialize with existing and new friends.

DISTANCE: ~4km - 9km (Run: 9km; Jog: 4km-6km; Walk: 4km)

DIFFICULTY: Easy to Medium

4. Ninepin Islands Tour (Geopark, Speedboat)

Local instructor and kiteboarding extraordinarie Davy Tang is looking for beginners to impart his knowledge about the sport this Saturday, with a 3 hour lesson that will see you begin with land kiting, as well as learning the theory and safety measures involved, followed by 1 hour of catching some waves!
