1. F45 Studio Grand Opening

F45 are celebrating the launch of their spanking new Causeway Bay venue by opening up a free sweat sesh to anyone and everyone!

Experience 45 minutes of HIIT (high-intensity interval training), comprised of 27 stations to pumping live dance tunes courtesy of a Live DJ.

To take part, all you have to do is sign up for their free 8-day trial!

2. Bowen Road Run, Jog and Walk

Eager to get those miles in but missing a training partner?

Join the Outrunners on Saturday as they embark on their regular Bowen Trail route, with participants of varying abilities joining in.

Who knows - you might pick up valuable advice from a more experienced runner or find a running buddy to make that midweek run more enjoyable!

Essentials include your HKID/any form of identification if you need a shower and a locker, as well as appropriate running gear and water.

3. Hatha Yoga for All

What better way to mark International Yoga Day than with an invigorating Hatha Yoga session at the Hive in Sheung Wan!

Hatha yoga, 'ha' meaning sun and 'tha' meaning moon, is a form of yoga that focuses on balance.

Through an hour-long session, the focus will be on breathing in a range of asanas to relax the mind, body and spirit - first-time and intermediate practitioners are all welcome!

4. Martial Arts x Movement

Here's something a little different for you to try.

A modern take on a traditional form, White Crane Silat is itself a blend of Indonesian and Chinese martial arts and disciplines that seeks to use movement to 'harmonise mind, body and spirit'.

Classes integrate vigorous athletic work (stretching, punching, kicking, floor work), flowing and relaxed traditional whole-body movements and partner work (pushing hands, light sparring).

5. 8 Week Acrobatics Course

A cartwheel and somersault can be a pretty good party trick. And proof of your flexibility and dedication to physical training.

However, we know it can be tricky to begin your journey to mastering the above acrobatics - which is where SharedSpace come in.

Their 8 week acrobatics course promises to help you master the above and more in a safe and hands-on learning environment.

With classes on every Monday and Friday, you'd have to be flipping mad to miss out.
