1. SCAFL 2019 Grand Final

Date: May 25 (Sat)

Time: 1:00pm-6:00pm

Get your dose of Aussie Rules action!

Hosted by the HK Dragons AFL and South China Australian Football League (SCAFL), they're kicking things off with the inaugural Bauhinia Cup featuring the AFL Asia AFLW Grand Final rematch this Saturday.

Be sure to stop by Happy Valley to see if the Lizards can go back-to-back orr if the Cobras take home the win!

2. BuyAssociation Tomes Cup 2019

Date: May 26 (Sun)

(Can view from Shau Kei Wan Tai Koo Shing, Kowloon Bay and Hung Hom)

Admission: N/A

The Tomes Cup is a pursuit race, which is different to normal yacht racing in that competitors are given staggered start times under RHKATI handicap, ie. the slowest boats start first and then the faster boats set off in pursuit, with the time delay between classes of boats being determined from their handicaps. If all boats are sailed equally well, they should (in theory) all finish at the same time.

The race is held in the eastern area of Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour. The race attracts around 60 competitors from Hong Kong’s one-design fleets and Big Boat classes.

3. Deep Water Bay Kayak n Run by Action Asia Events

Date: May 25th (Sat)

Time: 7:30am-12:00pm

Admission: Sold out for race participation. FREE to cheer your friends and family on! Action Asia Events is hosting a kayaking and running event at Deep Water Bay for both families and adults.

7:30 am start- Family FUN & kids event (3 km kayak & 2.5 km run): Untimed, The family event is purely for fun and not a serious race.

8:30 am start- ADULT Kayak n Run (4 km ocean kayak & 5 km trail run): Medals for top 3 in each of the age categories and prizes from sponsors.

4. Bowen Road - Run, Jog & Walk

Date: May 25th (Sat)

Time: 9:00am-11:00am

Admission: FREE

OutRunners HK is hosting their weekly Saturday morning run that consists of a varied degree of experience and competitive flair, where you are guaranteed to find other runners with similar expectations and goals!

In addition to the obvious health benefits, you will get to meet and socialize with existing and new friends.

DISTANCE: ~4km - 9km (Run: 9km; Jog: 4km-6km; Walk: 4km)

DIFFICULTY: Easy to Medium

5. Martial Arts for Mental Health Awareness

Date: May 25 (Sat)

Time: 2:30pm-4:00pm

Admission: $250/person

If you didn't know, May is Mental Health Awareness month across the globe.

In collaboration with MINDHK, Hybrid MMA & Fitness are looking to raise awareness about this cause in Hong Kong by hosting a charity MMA class.

The class will be coached by Alberto Mina and following the class, fun challenges will be set for their Martial Arts coaches, where our members can donate funds to see their coaches suffer... all for a good cause of course!
