With the Sevens done and dusted and the regular HKRU season all but over, there doesn't seem to much in the way of rugby events kicking about.
Which is why we wanted to bring you news of the Hong Kong Rugby League's much-anticipated return, storming its way back to King's Park with a double-header of Hong Kong Tag and HKRL9s!
Given that many Hong Kong's national players will be pitted against each other and against a healthy turnout of international teams, there is NO better way to whet your appetite for fast, hard-hitting and skilful rugby this weekend!
2. lululemon Hysan Place Mother's Day Yoga with Faris Chan

Our friends at WISE are back with yet another event designed for some quality bonding time between all the mothers and daughters out there!
This time, Hong Kong Cricket will be present to coach attendees through some basic skills needed to play the game.
Follow their socials for the chance to try out more exciting sports such as American Flag Football, Dodgeball, Field Hockey, Football, Netball, Self-defence, Tag Rugby and Ultimate Frisbee!
4. Solar Acroyoga

This beginner-friendly class will take you through the fundamentals of acroyoga, including ‘flying’, ‘basing’ and ‘spotting’ - no experience is necessary! One aim of the class is to get people moving in unusual and interesting ways, providing both a mental and physical challenge. Acroyoga combines acrobatics with elements of yoga, making for a sociable and fun way of building strength, flexibility and confidence. One of the main aims of Acroyoga is to bring people together, forming real human connections and helping the individual to cultivate trust, self awareness and open communication.
5. Beach Summer Kickoff Exercise Party

Let the good vibes flow with a pleasant late afternoon/evening of yoga, enjoying the sunset and idyllic views of Cheung Sha Wan Beach!
Following an icebreaker and a fun teamwork game, experience the natural splendor Hong Kong has to offer, with sunset yoga and an "American BBQ" taking place later in the day.
The price includes two soft drinks and participants are advised to bring their own yoga mats, a windbreaker, sunblock, a swimsuit (if you fancy a dip) and water.
