Good news - Hong Kong competitive tag rugby makes its return this Saturday at King's Park!
A variant of touch rugby where removing tags on either side of a player's shorts counts as a tackle, the game favours speed and agility over strength, allowing for guys and girls to compete side-by-side.

2. Castle Peak Road at Nightfall
Date: July 13 (Sat)
Time: 2.45pm-7.00pm
Venue: McDonald's, Peking Road (meetup point)

Soak in the sunset, burn some calories and challenge yourself with a 30km run from Tsim Sha Tsui, going, past Castle Peak Road and finishing at Tuen Mun Siu Lun Sports Ground.
You won't be alone in this endeavour, with a group of local runners 屎溝油蛻變市郊遊, a play on words meaning 'excrement mixing with oil transforming into a city tour (it only comes across in Cantonese) leading the way and helping you along.
An easier alternative is available by joining Eastern Jogger on a similar route but with half the distance, starting at Tsuen Wan West MTR Exit D instead.

3. Inner Yoga with Stella (Free Outdoor Class)

Hong Kong-based yoga guru Marcel Yoga is hosting his latest free community yoga class (he does plenty of these...) at Tamar Park!
Build a strong foundation through standing postures, backbending, create mobility in the hips, knees, ankles, and improve endurance through forward bending.
Bring a yoga mat, water and a smile and keep an eye out for future events like this - perfect for anyone interested to try out yoga but not fork out a fortune just yet.

4. ACRO Intensive with Jessalyn and Glen

LA-based fitness duo Jessalyn and Glen are in Hong Kong for a limited time to teach you how to pull off dramatic, gravity-defying Cirque du Soleil-style acrobatics!
Grab a partner and hit up TRYBE in Wong Chuk Hang for a fun session or two to build trust, athleticism, balance and strength, with an additional session on Sunday open to those who attend the later slot on Saturday.
