1. The 15th Annual Sheko Challenge
Date: June 6 (Sat)
Time: 2.00pm-6.00pm
Venue: Big Wave Bay
Admission: FREE to spectate
If the unpredictable weather makes a turn for the better, be sure to make your way down to Big Wave Bay for a racing spectacle!
Now in its 15th year, the Sheko Challenge has become something of a tradition in these parts, with local Hong Kongers and expats pushing their endurance in a 2.2km swim challenge.
Aside from that, there are additional paddling and running events, music and a barbacue.
While registration is closed, spectators are more than welcome to watch and soak up the atmosphere!

2. Paddleboarding/Kayaking in Stanley
Date: July 7 (Sun)
Time: 10.35am-2.30pm
Admission: $100-$150/hour for kayak/paddleboard rental
Join local meetup/exploring/socialising platform Lani for a fun day out in Stanley!
Meeting up at the Aquabound Centre, participants will embark on a short trek to the Hong Kong Hobie Club - a laid back patch of sand on the other side of Tai Tam Bay.
After working up an appetite pushing water, head back to the Stanley waterfront for a well-deserved lunch - a fantastic way to meet new friends and the abundance of natural scenery Hong Kong has to offer!

3. Castle Peak Hike
Date: July 7 (Sun)
Time: 7.30am-1.00pm
Admission: FREE
Our list continues with an exciting hike up Castle Peak, located in the New Territories.
Rated one of the more difficult trails in Hong Kong for the average person, specialist running equipment store Trail Hunter are opening up a hike group to anyone interested in exploring the great outdoors.
Bring water, sensible footwear and remember to carry on at a pace you're comfortable with!

4. Adrenaline Addiction Cycling Trip
Date: July 7 (Sun)

Venue: Twin Bridge, Shatin
Admission: FREE
Get those legs pumping.
Join local rock climbing and outdoor enthusiasts Adrenaline Addiction on a fun cycling trip from Shatin to Luk Keng via Tai Po!

5. Calinesthetics Skills

Be prepared for a Sunday afternoon sweat sesh to kill off those Monday blues!
If bodyweight exercises are something you've struggled with, meet up with local yogi Ben at the pull-up bars in K-Town for guidance on how to master the handstand, human flag and other challenging feats of flexibility and strength.
