After missing 2 games due to sickness, Bear's goalie Andy returned to the starting roster and his teammates welcomed their goalie back with a stellar all-round performance against the Raptors.

The Bear Fighters were in attack mode as soon as the whistle sounded and showed plenty of aggression at the other end of the ice.

Even when Uncle Wing was penalised with a tripping penalty, the Bears' continued to focus on striking first and strike first they did; Ray Li received a nice feed from Darren after he picked up a loose puck near Bear's blue line and outskated 2 Raptors defenders, rounding off the attacking play by with a deke over the goalie to score a beautiful shorthanded goal. A definite goal of the season contender!

This goal served as encouragement for the Bears to keep up the attacking momentum and we kept the puck firmly within the Raptors' zone.

Our persistence paid off with 6 minutes remaining in the first period. This time, goal scorer Ray turned provider when he set up Ka Ho to slam the puck into the top corner.

2 minutes later, Ka Ho added to the Bears' tally with his second goal of the game, as a result of a nifty pass from Andrew.

The Raptors closed the gap around 6 minutes into the 2nd period, when Ray Li was called for tripping. The Raptors' forward capitalised on a beautiful feed from Harry Chiu from behind the net and the puck flew between Andy's pads for the first and last time on the night, who had an easy game back with only 4 shots to deal with.

Although the Raptors threatened a comeback, this setback did not slow down the Bears' offense as they continued to make incursions into the Raptors' zone.

The game was finally settled when Bear's William received a pass from Ka Ho for a slap shot from the blue line and Andrew Liu scored on the rebound, with Ka Fai adding the icing on the cake by scoring after Ray Li's initial shot was deflected by the Raptors' goalie.

This performance serves as a mental and physical boost for the next game against Zerve, which will be the final meeting of the season before they meet again in the playoff.
