1. Flag Football Open Practice

2. Buzz Dragon Open Day

3. The Gone Runners Saturday Group

Join the Gone Runners - a group of like minded runners who want to create a supportive running community to help everybody achieve their running aims.


Be it running a first 5k or 100 miler, they have a wealth of experience, offering training advice, a dedicated chat line, support and advice on gear, nutrition and physio to provide a complete wellness program.


4. Angels Zumbathon 2019

The Angels Zumbathon® is back! Join us for 4 hours of dance energy and fitness fundraising fun.
This annual charity event started back in 2012 with only 70 participants and now in its 7th year, we are expecting close to 500!
