1. Sunny Sunday 69Slam Beach Run 

Date: Aug 4 (Sun) 

Time: 8:30am-11:30am 

Venue: Sinopec, Wong Nai Chung Gap Road (start point)

In collaboration with the Gone Runners Running Club, 69Slam is hosting a cooling jog to the beach for all capabilities over various distances to work on that beach body. The jog finishes on Repulse Bay beach with a swim and chilling by the sea. 

 

A 15% 69Slam discount voucher is included for everyone attending and a there's a special prize for anyone in 69Slam gear! 

 

 

 

2. Bowen Road - Run, Jog & Walk 

Date: Aug 3 (Sat) 

Time: 8:30am onwards (arrive 5-10 min earlier for warmup) 

Venue: Hong Kong Park Sports Centre, Central (meetup point) 

Admission: FREE

 

OutRunners HK is hosting their weekly Saturday morning run that consists of a varied degree of experience and competitive flair, where you are guaranteed to find other runners with similar expectations and goals! 

 

In addition to the obvious health benefits, you will get to meet and socialize with existing and new friends.

 

DISTANCE: ~4km - 9km (Run: 9km; Jog: 4km-6km; Walk: 4km)

3. ANZ International Touch Championship

4. HKPaws x O2 Soho Homing Day

5. Inner Yoga with Marcel

Hong Kong-based yoga guru Marcel Yoga is hosting his latest free community yoga class (he does plenty of these...) at Tamar Park! 

 

Build a strong foundation through standing postures, backbending, create mobility in the hips, knees, ankles, and improve endurance through forward bending.
