FitFest is gathering the boldest, the motivated and some of the most energetic fitness gurus into
one space to challenge you through an array of classes and get you pumping.
With over 12+ classes across 3 floors, there is bound to be a class that piques your interest!
Across three floors, there will be workout sessions, workshops and a mini-marketplace.
Additionally, there will be post-workout drinks at Above by Komune.

2. Goji Elite Open Day Workout

Admission: $100
Goji Elite Open Day is a day for you to come down and experience everything Goji Elite has to offer. They will have two 40-minute group sessions (Muay Thai and Exercise), plus a chance to meet the Coaches.
You will receive a free goodie bag upon completion of the day and your $100 will be refunded to you with purchase any class or package.
There are only 36 slots so first to register will save themselves a spot!

3. Whatzsup SUP Fun Day

Whatzsup SUP Fun Day is led by qualified coaches from the “Hong Kong Stand Up Paddle BoardAssociation (HKSUPBA)”, which aims to promote the sport and to provide more opportunities for the public to explore this easy-to-learn and versatile sport.
The event is a great opportunity to meet more like-minded friends and enjoy the fun of stand up paddling with some safety skills and knowledge.

4. Rugby Championship Week 2 Live
