1. Seminar with Martins Licis, World's Strongest Man

For strength sport enthusiasts, competitors, coaches and anyone looking to learn from one of the top strength athletes in the world, get the chance to meet "The World's Strongest Man", Martins Licis, at Strength Culture this weekend.

During the seminar Martins will talk about training, nutrition, recovery and what it takes to become the strongest man in the world, teaching his techniques for strongman movements like the log press, deadlift, squat & yoke carry.

2. Hong Kong Sports and Leisure Expo

Date: July 20-21 (Sat & Sun)

Time: 10.00am-10.00pm

Admission: Adult $25, Child $10, Morning Admission (entry before 12:00 p.m.) $10

Hong Kong Sports and Leisure Expo features over 130 exhibitors showcasing a broad selection of sports and leisure products and services from more than 160 brands.

More than 50 on-site events are being held during the expo, providing a new shopping and leisure experience and a fun summer activity for all ages!

3. Sunny Sunday 69Slam Beach Run

Date: July 21 (Sun)

Time: 8.30am-11.30am

Admission: FREE

In collaboration with the Gone Runners Running Club, 69Slam is hosting a cool jog to the beach for all capabilities over various distances to work on that beach body. The jog finishes on Repulse Bay beach with a swim and chilling by the sea.

4. Kayaking/snorkelling adventure at Hoi Ha by Countryside Adventure Tours

Date: July 20 (Sat)

Time: 9.30am-1.30pm

Admission: $390 per person, including kayak, snorkeling gear and taxi from University MTR to Hoi Ha (Register HERE)

Join Countryside Adventure Tours on their kayaking and snorkelling adventure at Hoi Ha!

Famous for its clear waters and rich sea life, this sheltered bay is great for this adventure.

Participants will take kayaks to get to two different coral colonies, enjoying the great variety of corals, fish, sea cucumbers, sea urchins and more.

No snorkelling experience needed; all participants must be able to swim 50 meters unaided.

5. WBA Welterweight Championship Viewing Party

Manny Pacquiao vs. Keith Thurman, billed as Welterweight Supremacy is an upcoming professional boxing fight for the WBA welterweight championship. The fight will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Watch it on the big screen at Misty's!
