1. All HK Inter-Secondary School Sevens

Date: May 17-18 (Fri & Sat)

Time: 9.00am-3.50pm (Fri), 9.00am-2.30pm (Sat)

Admission: FREE

Get your Sevens rugby fix, as the best of boys and girls rugby converge upon King's Park for two days of hard-hitting, fast-running action.

With the standard of rugby that has been on show for the past two times we've been, it won't be long before we're cheering some of them on in Hong Kong colours!

2. 2019 Citi Soccer Sevens

Date: May 17-19 (Fri-Sun)

Admission: $160-$300, Free for Members and children under 16. (Purchase HERE)

English football is coming in hot and fast.

Head down to the Football Club to watch a mixture of youth sides from the biggest football clubs in England, Scotland and Asia duke it out!

A host of footballing legends will also be in action (David James, Mikael Silvestre and Emile Heskey being regulars), with the Brazilian Ronaldo having made an appearance a few years ago.

With the likes of West Ham, Brighton and Hove Albion, Fulham, Wolverhampton and reigning Champions Newcastle United set to return to defend their crown, there is absolutely nowhere else you should be this weekend if you're a football fan.

3. Lamma Island Hike Cleanup

Date: May 19 (Sun)

Time: 8.20am-3.00pm

Admission: FREE Spend the weekend doing your bit for the environment!

Gain an appreciation for Hong Kong's natural beauty by embarking on a hike on Lamma Island and what's more, leave the scenery unspoiled by cleaning up as you go along. Rubbish bags and gloves will be provided, but bring along ample amounts of water in a reusable container.

4. Ultimate Frisbee 101

Date: May 19 (Sun)

Time: 3.00pm-6.00pm

Admission: FREE

Ultimate 101 is a fun, energetic and educational day of Frisbee action!

If you’re a first timer seeking a new sport or exercise, Hong Kong Ultimate Frisbee's coaching staff will be able to give you the pointers you’ll need to take your game to the next level.

During the event, you can expect to learn basic throws and understanding of the rules.

This is an excellent opportunity for players of all levels and beginners, with intermediate and advanced level players bound to learn something new from this camp!

5. Strongman with Strength Culture

Date: May 19 (Sun)

Time: 11am-12.15pm

Ever wondered what got the Mountain from Game of Thrones so huge?

Strongman training - a range of unique exercises from log pressing to farmer's carries, which has been proved to lower blood pressure, increase bone strength, burn fat and make you feel like a complete badass.

On top of that, they have a swanky new gym and a whole load of other group and individual classes on offer, catering to different goals and requirements.

Having personally attained a 95kg log press and a 240kg axle deadlift at 78kg bodyweight under their coaching, they most certainly know their stuff.
