1. Quidditch Training and Try-out

Then you'll be pleased to know that Quidditch training is now available for you Hong Kong-based muggles, thanks to the guys at HKU Quidditch​ and HK Quidditch​ (equipment provided)!

2. Stretch and Tone with Dee Oh

Date: Feb 23 (Sat)

Time: 5.00pm-6.00pm

Stretch & Tone combines movements in yoga, pilates and abs strengthening with funky music, to give you a fun body workout that improves your flexibility, core strength and posture, improving your fitness level while reducing muscle and joint pains.

If you're in the midst of rehabilitation from injuries, this is perfectly-suited for you!

Please wear a light and stretchable outfit for the class, towel, water, light sport shoes or barefoot if you prefer. There is a water fountain, changing rooms and showers provided.

3. Chair Yoga Workshop with Jane Pau

This weekend, Pure Yoga is giving you the opportunity to experience yoga with chairs.

The use of chairs in yoga was developed as a tool to deepen and improve yoga asana practice and has gained much popularity in recent years due.

If you are a yoga fanatic, the incorporation of chairs will certainly add flavour to your daily mat yoga routine.

4. Forest Bathing Experience

Well, Kembali is offering a guided experiential walk along a pristine river that will help foster a conscious relationship with nature itself.
