Ever seen those videos on social media of guys/girls pulling off insane feats on a pull-up bar and wish you could do the same?

Become the master of bodyweight exercises this winter by taking part in beginner-friendly lessons hosted by Eric Ng!

You will learn everything from muscle ups to shadow back levers and generally finding crazy ways of being deviants against the laws of gravity, or pull-ups to begin with if you're a complete novice.

Other benefits include increased muscle endurance, mass, strength, lots of fun and a new trick in the book to impress the opposite (or same) sex.

5. Turtle Runners HK - 83rd. Meetup (Hiking)

Date: Jan 20th (Sun)

Time: 8.30am-3.30pm

Venue: Message Turtle Runners for details

Admission: Free (visit Turtle Runners)

If you'd like to spice up your weekend with an adventure into the great outdoors, join up with running group Turtle Runners HK, who will lead you on the lesser-known Sheung Sze Forest Trail.

Starting on the south slope of Tai Mo Shan, the Trail features some challenging rocky uphill segments as well as serving up some sumptuous views of Tsuen Wan and Shing Mun.

Some durable footwear will certainly be needed and you can't go wrong with sufficient liquids and a light snack, which you can pause to enjoy at the various rest stops along the hike.
