For all the rugby fans out there (admittedly majority of our viewership), this is absolutely not one to be missed.

Wear your club's colours proudly and cheer them on at the Hong Kong Football Club (HKFC) this coming Saturday, where the likes of Hong Kong Scottish, USRC Tigers, HKU Sandy Bay, Kowloon RFC, Valley RFC and the hosts will do battle at this crucial juncture of the 2018-19 Men's Premiership season!

With Hong Kong Scottish emerging as runaway leaders, will they be able to hold on to top spot till the business end of this campaign?

Everyone will be given a 20% discount on any TERREX item and the unique chance to get your hands on a limited edition gym bag.

Adidas will be joined by their partners Dyelicious with whom you will create a giant indigo dyed flag right inside the store.

For any Adidas fan, the allure of quality apparel at a discounted price should be a good enough draw.

You will walk the coastal trail surrounding the island and soak in some stunning views. Only 5 kilometres long, it won't be too difficult of a journey suited for people of all fitness levels.

The ferry from Central costs around $20 one-way, but be sure to bring some more cash in order to sample some of the freshest seafood Hong Kong has to offer at one of the many restaurants on the island!

Ever seen those videos on social media of guys/girls pulling off insane feats on a pull-up bar and wish you could do the same?

Become the master of bodyweight exercises this winter by taking part in beginner-friendly lessons hosted by Eric Ng!

You will learn everything from muscle ups to shadow back levers and generally finding crazy ways of being deviants against the laws of gravity, or pull-ups to begin with if you're a complete novice.

Other benefits include increased muscle endurance, mass, strength, lots of fun and a new trick in the book to impress the opposite (or same) sex.

5. Turtle Runners HK - 83rd. Meetup (Hiking)

Date: Jan 20th (Sun)

Time: 8.30am-3.30pm

Venue: Message Turtle Runners for details

Admission: Free (visit Turtle Runners)

If you'd like to spice up your weekend with an adventure into the great outdoors, join up with running group Turtle Runners HK, who will lead you on the lesser-known Sheung Sze Forest Trail.

Starting on the south slope of Tai Mo Shan, the Trail features some challenging rocky uphill segments as well as serving up some sumptuous views of Tsuen Wan and Shing Mun.

Some durable footwear will certainly be needed and you can't go wrong with sufficient liquids and a light snack, which you can pause to enjoy at the various rest stops along the hike.
