It's always nice to beat Valley and it's even better to beat them 6-0! The best performance of the season so far from the #cteamdreamteam against a Valley side who were expecting an easier ride. 6 goals from 6 different players and a well deserved Player of the Match award for Maddie after some fabulous running up the right and into the D and the second league goal of her career (minus tears!).
We were strong again at the back with Pip making a fantastic reflex save to keep our clean sheet and Honey Badger of the Match Stef making tackles all over the pitch.
Up front, Valley really struggled to get the ball out of their 16 giving us plenty of opportunities to keep the pressure on - Trina and Lily in particular fighting hard and helping themselves to a goal apiece. Plenty of shorties for Heather to smack and lovely goals from Ange and Jane to add to our tally.
A great all round team performance. Slowly climbing our way up the table so it's onwards and upwards from here.
